Refund Policy

We hope you enjoy our products us much as we do.

If you have an issue with a product of ours, please call 0437 464 989 as soon as possible Please make sure you have at hand your reference or invoice number when you call us.

Claims for damaged product deliveries must be made upon receipt of the delivery. Please make sure you note any external packaging damage upon the receipt from the freight company.

Please make sure you include:

  • your invoice or reference number;
  • full contact details;
  • as much information as possible.
  • if appropriate please email pictures of the issue.

We will investigate the problem and let you know as soon as possible what we determine to be the best solution. Refunds, if offered, will be issued in the same payment form as tenured at the time of purchase.

This Privacy Policy explains how Australian Bay Lobster Producers (ABLP) deals with your personal information (i.e. the information we hold about you). If you pay online using a credit card, the card details are not viewed by us or any person except you during the transaction. The details are encrypted and passed directly to our payment provider. We do not retain your credit card details.

We will try to acknowledge receipt of your written complaint within 3 working days after we receive it. We need a reasonable time to conduct enquiries and so we will usually provide you with a formal response within 30 days of receiving your written complaint. EPA Monitoring Data

Amendments in 2012 to the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) require licensees that hold Environment Protection Licences (EPL) to:

  • Report incidents that cause or threaten material harm to the environment
  • Publish results of monitoring
  • Prepare and implement pollution incident response management plans (PIRMP)
