EPA Monitoring Data

Amendments in 2012 to the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997 (POEO Act) require licensees that hold Environment Protection Licences (EPL) to:

• Report incidents that cause or threaten material harm to the environment
• Publish results of monitoring
• Prepare and implement pollution incident response management plans (PIRMP)

The NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) has issued Australian Bay Lobster Producers (ABLP) with an EPL – our licence number is 12947. A copy of the licence can be found below
